最近新聞報導2024-10-01,有哈佛學生一個月吃了720顆蛋,體內壞的膽固醇不增反減,總共還下降了20%,引發熱議!到底雞蛋會不會影響膽固醇,一天能吃多少雞蛋?一天吃5顆蛋、一天吃10顆蛋可不可以呢?


答案是 : 因人而異。  還有   因蛋而異
